Booking information

Prices quoted are in EUR per night excluding local tax and final cleaning (Marmot €63, Steinbock and Hirsch €189 and Moose €147). St. Anton charges a local tax (€ 5.00 per person per night from the age of 15) which is received in cash at check-in.

The St. Anton Summer Card is included in the summer price.

Deposit

A deposit of € 300.00 per stay will be collected on arrival in cash or by pre-authorisation of the credit card. Any damages will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The balance will be returned at the end of the stay.

Deposit policy

Reservations require an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. 

Booking confirmation

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm to you in writing that your accommodation has been booked and provide further details.

Short stays

A surcharge of 10% applies for short stays up to 3 nights.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
• 60 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• 14 to 1 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
• In case of late arrival and/or early departure or no arrival, the booked stay will be charged

To secure your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount into our account. The balance must be paid within 14 days before arrival.

Should you be unable to arrive - because the borders are closed, St Anton is not accessible or your place of residence is in "lockdown", you can cancel free of charge until the day of arrival. If your country has a travel warning for our region, which affects your travel period, and you would need to be quarantined after your departure, your booking can also be cancelled free of charge. Of course, you can also consider travel cancellation insurance so that you can enjoy your holiday worry-free.

Payment options

The remaining balance will be charged within 14 days prior to arrival. All fees mentioned are amounts to be paid by bank transfer, EC Card (Maestro) or Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard). Please note that we do not accept Amex or Diners Club.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances: European travel insurance.

Check-In & Check-Out

Your apartment will be ready from 02.00pm. Please let us know if you should arrive later than 06.00pm. Before your arrival you will receive the access code for the Moose Lodge and the booked apartment. We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment before 10.00am to enable us to get ready for the next guests.
